alignment tool and pilot bearing?
alignment tool and pilot bearing? So I just bought everything to swap my broken t56 out for another one... also bought new master cyl, slave cyl, remote bleeder line, and a new ls7 clutch with aluminum flywheel from ws6store. My question is the clutch package didn't come with an alignment tool or pilot bearing... where would I pick those up from?
auto zone u can get the alignment tool and napa sells the bearing. I am in process of putting in clutch and just got the bearing at napa and tool at auto one. I wish I got ls7 but I got a ls6 at a good price. also autozone has the pilot bearing puller and slide hammer where you pay deposit and get money back. you need to take one of the fingers off of tool to use. watchvideo on youtube. a guy from this site explains.
its b657 at nap a for the bearing. its made by skf in usa. they are top notch bearing maker. matter a fact they have a branch in winstead. I used to pump out there tanks of oil when I drove a tanker like 4 yrs back
