Full throttle shift problem.

Full throttle shift problem. This only happens when i go 1-2 shift at WOT at 6 grand. I slam the clutch pedal and yank second, its kinda like a grinding vibration, but its only for a split second. I think im like scratching the synchro, how can i stop this? I have a 98 so i need some upgraded hydraulics? Its like tryin to slam into second and the clutch isnt fully disengaged but then it goes in. Its for a split second tho. Its like i push the clutch pedal soo fast and yank that gear so fast that the clutch fluid doesnt disengage the clutch fast enough. I havent done the clutch drill mod yet do you think that would help?
