Identifying 6 speeds I found a good deal on a 6 speed and I was just wondering how I can identify what year model camaro the 6 speed came out of...... It is supposed to be out of a 2001 or 2002 Camaro.... Is there anyway I can tell? Thanks in advance.......

I've talked to numerous tranny places and they say they are the same thing inside and out. D&D laughed when I said they were different. The LT1's don't break because they are only putting down 255 focking rwhp.

That isn't the reason at all. The LS1 hydralics are the causes of the problems. For goodness sakes the viper uses a unit similar to the fbody T56 differences are minor and a viper has alot more go stock vs stock than a fbody. Trending Topics
