A turbo clutch is just under 5 grand because the disk is 1500 and 22 hours at 125 an hour (it seems like alot until you realize you have to pull the engine to get the trans out and thats no small feat), thats 4250 plus tax, god forbid you need any thing else. slave =2200 flywheel= 1600? (close to that)

Wow, that's a bunch of horseshit IMO....I just had this clutch installed and was planning on launching hard off the line with about 550rwhp/600rwtq and then adding another 100rwhp/150rwtq....but not from the limiter. I'd like my car to dead hook on slicks; I'd be pissed if the same thing happened to me. No where did I see that this clutch was not meant to be slipped.
What pisses me off just as much is that if this is true, why are none of the shops we buy it from telling us this knowing there's a good chance we race this?
