Default 4l60E to T56 Swap

I am new to this so bear with me. I am building a LS1 and currently have the 4l60e and ECU from the donor car. I was thinking of swapping out to a T56 but I am unsure of what it will involve as far as changing wiring/ECU/etc.
Can the current ECU be reprogrammed for a manual T56? Would I need to located a new wiring harness for the lower end? anything else you might want to pass along would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes I did and got back multiple results but not what I was looking for.

pcm can be flashed to a manual and I am using a auto harness on a m6 you just wont have a skip shift, reverse lockout, or back up light plug none were a problem for me so I didn't wire them in or changes harnesses and the plug for the auto I just zip tied out of the way
