Question What does it take to fix this clutch pedal problem?

I searched this and got so many fixes that I still do not know which one is correct. I have done a few simple ones with no help. An 02 SS, 16,000mi., 400rwhp before stage II heads. The petal will not return on 2-3 WOT shifts. Did the drill mod, no help. Bleed and rebleed the hyd., no air and no help. The clutch does not slip. It did it before the stage II heads and still does it now. Petal feels fine and works fine during normal driving. Has anybody had this problem and knows for sure the correct fix. If you do not know for sure do not reply. Who knows the fix for this problem? Thanks for any help.
