Default Quicktime Dowel Holes in Bellhousing

I have a new Quicktime housing and I have been struggling to get an alignment on this thing. Long story short, I have the longer Moroso pins in the motor and I notice quite a bit of play in the bellhousing to the pin. I measured the pins and they come in at 0.621". I measure the bellhousing holes and they come in at 0.630". Using a dial indicator and the housing loosely mounted on the engine, I can push the housing up 0.0065". I talked with Quicktime and they said that they ream the holes on these units to a spec of 0.625", but I am not seeing 0.625". I measure the POS factory Pontiac housing and that comes in at 0.625".

SO...the Quicktime dowel holes are bigger by 0.005". Is it worth pushing them to get a replacement? This thing is brand new.

I talked to Ross McComb @ Quicktime tonight and he gave me their UPS number to send the housing back to them. The spec for the dowel holes is 0.625" with a tolerance of minus 0.00 and + 0.0015". a 0.005" tolerance is not acceptable. He is a great guy to deal with and if there was a problem, he wants to know about it.
