Default Clutch and flywheel advice!

I had a T56 behind a SBC gen 1- the T56 came with a really nice billet flywheel and clutch. Im going LS and as im sure you all already know the flywheel wont bolt to an LS crank and the clutch i have wont bolt to the oem flywheel.

My 2 questions!!

1) Is there a problem using the stock flywheel for a 500+ hp application (what are the benefits?)

2) can anyone recommend a clutch to me that will work my goal is 600 hp to the wheels.

-Thanks guys

I would not use an OEM flywheel with that much power. Look into Monster and McLeod, they bolt sell popular clutches and their kits come with billet flywheels.
