New Mamo DFSS clutch w/ Alm Flywheel!!
Decided to go with a more driver friendly clutch for my C5Z. I was running a 19lb SPEC mini twin in my daily driven car. At first I was leaning towards the Mcleod RST. I've read so many different reviews of it. After talking with Tony about it I decided to give his new single disc a try. I'll let him comment on the RST.
This new clutch is a single disc dual friction street strip clutch. Being that I had a light set up I opted to get his with the alm flywheel (4 lbs lighter) Came in right at 38 lbs total. The clutch still zings up faster than stock and no more chatter in traffic for me. I'm so happy with it. My car makes around 430 RWHP and has no problem shifting at 7k. Once I dialed in the throw on the tick master the speed shifting became effortless! Looking forward to taking the car to the drag strip this spring.

What is the power rating on this clutch?

I believe the disc is right at 11.75" in diameter
Its an excellent clutch if your a fan of reducing rotating mass which you really should be when it comes to clutches and performance engines. The are quite a few things to love about this clutch....its affordable....its very lightweight....and it drives excellent with modest pedal pressure and no annoying chatter....it also features good clean disengagement so it shifts smoothly as well.
Basically does everything right without breaking the bank....if you cant quite afford the aluminum version my steel flywheel option is a no brainer at closer to $850 and is still a good bit lighter than most of the less expensive options on the market (alot lighter than some of the other popular sub one thousand dollar options you have).
Guys....shoot me a PM or an email if you have an interest and we can go from there.
I have an extra alum version on the shelf right now Im willing to discount by $50....mention this PM and I will make it happen!
