T56 question I have a 2008 Mustang GT w/ a 4.6L V8, I wanted to upgrade the tranny in it as it is having issues, so I started looking at the T56 as it is what is being recommended to me by other mustang owners. I am slightly confused on one aspect, could I purchase any T56 and take out the core and put on the correct bell housing or do I need to get a tranny that is specific for my car?

I was looking at rebuilt ones or used ones that I could rebuild, as I can't afford the brand new ones. So I was wondering if I bought one that was meant for a different car could I get the correct bell housing and put it in mine?
