Default Dual disc clutch+flywheel weight

Does anyone know the total weight of their dual disc clutch and aluminum flywheel?

Please include brand and size.

Thanks

Spec x trim clutch is like 17-18lb for the whole package. Which is the same as my buttom 5.5 tilton set up.

Do you drive that clutch on the street?

I got my Ace NexGen yesterday, 26lbs including flywheel.

Oh yea. I drive it all the time.

That ace seems like a good package at 26lb. Keep us updated on how it works.

How do you plan to access the pressure adjusting screws once it is installed?

What do you think?

I still have to machine a slot to measure air gap.

I think it looks really tight in there. Can you even get an allen wrench in there?

Do you check the air gap to make sure that the adjusters are even all the way around the pressure plate?

I may cut a window near the 5 o'clock position, away from the clutch fork and use a ratchet hex wrench like this...

Please let me know how that works out. I am not trying to be a dick, but I want to sincerely know if this works. I'd love to have an adjustable clutch in my Cougar, but it seems that making the adjustments will be super hard.

Actually, I think a Chapman tool with proper length 7/32" bit will be perfect to adjust base pressure and counterweight can be accessed from the existing window (on mine). I have read a lot about the long style clutch and I don't think adjusting will be too big of a deal. May give me a reason to get a nice four post lift for the shop like Gray86hatch.
