So sometimes my Trans just decides to lock me out of 2nd and 3rd gear no matter what you do it won't go.....until you shut the car off and then it goes right in and shifts fine until it decides to do it again then just repeat the process? Anyone seen this before? Been doing great for the past 4k miles

Had this problem on 2 cars. Both cases it was the skip shift solenoid. Even though the tuner had it shut off in both cases, it would intermittently lock out 2nd & 3rd. You can just unplug it while its not locking out 2 & 3. If you try to unplug it while 2 & 3 is still locked out, it will stay that way. Scott
