Default clutch slipping on dyno?

driving my car this morning, went full throttle and felt like it flatlined after about 5000 rpm or so.looking at my dyno sheet from last week,it peaks about 5700 and kind of stays there until the end of the run.
does this look like the clutch is slipping?

If the clutch was slipping the engine rpm will flair but wheel speed will stay the same or even fall off.
