What do I need? In addition to the Stage 3 clutch and the billet flywheel? Do I really need anything else?
It's to replace stock clutch in a 2002 Trans/AM M6 with just bolt-ons. Car has only 20,000 miles and has only made 5-6 passes at the track...

Even with only 20k I'd consider replacing the slave and pilot bearing since you are going through the trouble of yanking the tranny. Just my opinion.
Oh, most people who put aftermarket pressure plates on need to either buy an adjustable clutch master cylinder or make theirs adjustable. Not sure about the SPEC 3 though.
