Problems going into gear

I'm having trouble getting into 3rd and 4th gear at high RPM's. Also when the trans is still cold it's even more difficult to get into gear even at lower rpm's. I bleed the clutch but the problem is still occurring. How do I fix this?

Post this in the tranny section. It's not an internal engine problem.
