Default Has anyone used the gearbox.org stage 2 t56 rebuild kit????

I am needing to rebuild my transmison. I would like to upgrade it while im in there and found the stage 2 kit below. Looks like it even comes with syncros. I cant find a kit that cheap. has anyone used it? Is it any good? I dont want to spend 2-3k on a rebuild. Ultimately I would rather buy a build tr6060 but that funds arent there right now.

They sell OEM and also Koyo/Timken bearings which are quality parts. Pull the trigger or see if other vendors on here can match their price.

When I order stuff from them the shipping price is always hefty.

Have your transmission fully torn down so you know exactly what to order. Until you inspect all the parts you won't truly know what you need.

I just can't decide if I should mimick rpm trans level 6 or just buy a magnum. Going to have 550-600hp

I have been ordering parts from them for the last 6-7 years or more. For all kinds of Manuel transmissions. Ive never had a problem

I've got that kit in mine combined with koyo bearings and virtually all new hard parts (except my cluster gear). No complaints, although I really only have ~1500 miles on it, my trans was in way worse shape than expected when we tore it apart. You always run that risk, if I could do it over again I'd have a magnum myself.
