Has anybody used this clutch before, I was told that this is the same as the oem ls7 clutch, Amazon has it pretty cheap. I'll be using this in a stock ls2 with a GTO t56 in a Chevelle

 

Using it on my Cougar build. It is exactly the same as the LS7 kit. I got mine from Amazon.

Thanks, I orderd mines last week, $260 shipped seems like a good price for a complete clutch kit.

 

Just FYI it's $226 at rockauto then 5% off that with one of the codes floating around. Shipping for me was $17 or so, so $233 total.
$237 at partsgeek with free shipping and $16ish back from couponcabin making it $220 or so (which is $20 cheaper than I've ever seen it on amazon).

 

These kits DEFINITELY include a flywheel which will enable you to use an LS7 assembly on an LS1??
