I'm going nuts with clutch problems
I'm going nuts with clutch problems I tried bleeding it at the bleeder. My method was have a friend pump the clutch and hold it to the floor. I'd then crack the bleeder and repeat this process about 5 times. At WOT I coudn't ever get it into 3,4,5.
I then tried the Mighty vac and it's made it better. I pump the mighty vac up to about 30. I got some air bubbles out. I still have a problem with it. It's better but still not like it was originally. I can only get one WOT run through 5 gears. If I try to WOT through the gears shortly after I can't get past 3rd gear. It won't go into 4th. I then have to pull the clutch pedal off the floor with the tip of my toe.
I should never have bled it after the engine install.
Any suggestions. Do I have to do the drill mod now?

I would take the master out, do the drill mod, and make it adjustable...Then if you install the pointed tip on the mighty vac and stick it in the hole in the master cup and then pump it to 30, you will get all the air out...that should fix your problem. Since you have a 2002, you already have the best slave available. I also wouldnt keep trying to force the shifts because all you're doing is wearing the synchronizers and run the risk of bending the shift fork.
