LS1/T56 Nissan S14 trans clunk? Video attached

Been reading all the different clunks people have with the T56, any idea what this is? Recently swapped, details in the video.

I would double check external clearances, It almost sounds like something hitting outside the trans. In the video I can see the exhaust pipe move at the same time as the noise can be heard.
