Default magnet??

I just rebuilt my first T56 tranny, and everything went really smooth (if 6 hours is smooth). Anyways the only left over parts that I had was 2 round magnets, and I don't really remember were they came from. Could one of your guys tell me where it goes, I was thinking about leaving it out, but I don't want to waste another 6 hours of my life 12 months from now. Thanks a lot for the help guys,
Nick Watson

The two round donut magnets sit between the tailhousing and the main housing, at the bottom of the mainhousing. There's a slot in the bottom of the main housing that they slide in to. I usually tack them down with a dab of RTV, but even if they have no RTV, they slide in and 'fit' so that they won't move around.

Go to this thread on LS2.com and scroll down. There's pics of where they go on there.

Hope that helps!
