I got a 99 SS and I still have the stock Hurst shift **** installed so my question is what are you guys running on your standard 6 speeds ?

I'd love to get a standard/stock Hurst "goose neck" leather wrapped shifter **** with the "H" on top. What I have straight from the factory on my '99 SS was the big round leather wrapped ball...on top of a Hurst short throw shifter. The Hurst was actually ordered through GM in 1999 and came with the same old big round ball....of which I have 2.

I actually saw that SLP is selling the **** same exact one thru jegs ...I wanna say it was 65 bucks

Get a better shifter, the stock hurst is pretty mediocre.
