Default Replaced clutch assembly now clutch pedal issues

Just replaced the pressure plate, clutch disk, flywheel, and throwout bearing on my setup. (2002 LQ4, GTO T56). Bought the replacement setup for a 2005 GTO. Put it all together without issues.

Using a stock F-body master/slave cylinder. Clutch pedal isn't right now, it moves 1/2 way with very little effort, then starts to engage. Pedal bottoms out before clutch releases all the way.

Is this just air in the master/slave? I bled about 6-8 oz of fluid through it, until it started coming out clean, no air came out.

Any ideas?

from your description of soft pedal moving 1/2 way before resistance sounds like you need to bleed more.
