Default MGW Shifter

Upgraded the shifter on my formy this past weekend, i had a stock hurst (with the long stick) when i purchased the car back in 2013, i immediately bought ws6store 6'' angled stick and it made a world of a difference. Fast forward four years and i got the opportunity to get the MGW. I swapped everything over but kept my original ****. Took it for a drive and immediately felt the shorter throw. May not be worth $200 to some but im happy with this upgrade. Some pics for reference.

I did the same thing with the stock Hurst **** on the MGW shifter. I love everything about it but it was always a little too stiff to really slam gears fast, so I did the shift detent mod (anti-venom mod) and it helped a lot. May also try a really good trans fluid at some point like Amsoil, BG, Redline, etc...

I have been installing MGW shifters in the Mustang world for years. By far the highest quality shifters available.for them. Plus, George is awesome.
