My new slave is leaking so it looks like I get to drop the trans. As much fun as it is I don’t want to do it again. What’s the go to slave cylinder?

You should search this section of the forum and read up on this topic. There are serious known issues with aftermarket slave cylinders. You'll want to get the GM version of the slave. (If you aren't aware, "GM" and "AC Delco" are no longer always the same.)

Some private label brands provide the same part as the GM cylinder. The other threads will help you identify this if you want to save some money on the part.

Luk is the better product of GM, where unfortunately it seems the AC Delco is cheaply made all around the world (made in china) like wssix99 was saying
