Tremec t160 Can you use a TREMEC T160 with a 5.3 LS and if so what is needed to connect the to. I am want to replace my 250 with the 5.3 LS and keep my three speed if at all possibly. Any info would be a great help thank in advance to all or any that could help..

You can. The 250 is set up like a 68-85 SBC V8 for bell housing, starter, and flywheel.
Read through this, keeping in mind it is possible to have a disc to flywheel size mismatch that can be avoided.
