T56 shake with clutch not engaged, clutch engaged does not shake
ls1 6speed. When rev the car up in neutral with clutch disengaged it vibrates and shakes the whole car. But with the clutch engaged it does not shake. What is my problem?

as noted your clutch may not be disengaging completely. Being hard to put in gear, especially 1st & reverse is a common indication.
You can confirm this by jacking up the rear end of the car, motor running, car in 1st with clutch depressed...if rear wheels turn the clutch is not disengaging
also some will rev the car while having the clutch depressed and if the car creeps forward that indicates the clutch is not completely disengaging.
Typically this is due to hydraulic issues in MC and or slave. You can try and bleed the system to see if that works and if not you would need a new master cylinder or slave. Look closely at MC for any sigs of fluid leaks as well as under car for brake fluid leaking near slave. The later can be hard to see as slave is enclosed in bell housing but there could be a drop at bottom of bell housing
