For what it's worth, D&D sells them (the 1-2 assembly) for $149. Been there, done that.
I believe they sell just the slider itself for $129 or so. Thanks for the reply. Is there any way for me to tell dimension wise if it is for 1-2 or 2-3, etc ? It is still in plastic, but I could put a caliper to it. $149 eh, I thought the retail # was outrageous. I have the res set at $90, so maybe it will go. 6 people watching last I looked, but only one bidder so far.
Thanks again,
J
) is 4.5" in diameter. The 3-4 slider is smaller... (those are out in my shop
) but they're probably around 3.5" to 4" in diameter. The 5-6 and reverse sliders are even smaller, but that one does indeed look bigger.Looking closely at the picture, it looks like the black ring does not have the fibrous backing material - it's smooth. That's because the 1-2 assembly has a fiber cone that fits up in that blocker ring (I put a trans together last weekend with a new 1-2 slider assy, and it came out of the box just like that). That's why I think (from here) it's a 1-2.
But the diameter will indeed tell you.And for what it's worth, I think $90 is a fair reserve price. Hmmm, temptation.

Good luck!
