Default What possible causes for a changing engagment point in Ram VDS 910?

I have a ram 910 VDS and I have noticed recently that after a hard run that the clutch engagement point changes alot. It has always engaged near the top even though I adjusted the master all the way down (closest to the floor) but after a run the engagement point is right off the floor. Pedal feel still feels normal though i.e not sticking. Just the engagement point changes. Then once cool its back to normal engaging at the top.

I have bled the living **** out of the system but still maybe some air is in there I don't know?

Any ideas on this? Also what does a cintered iron disk smell like if its smoking?
For those who have Ram VDS 910's how many shims did the PP come with from the factory and where is your engagement point at?

Im gonna drop the tranny next weekend but if any of you guys have experienced this some insight would be great.
