Default Poly Trans Mount Review

I decided to try a poly trans mount when I did poly motor mounts. I know the there’s debate about them causing increased vibrations or not so I thought it was worth trying. It sucked!! Drove for about 3 weeks and replaced it with an oem style last night. I’m so glad I removed it. All of my mounts are energy suspension. My car has 150k miles on it.
Just want d to pass along the feedback.

I did the exact same thing, I ended up giving that mount away.

Right, don't use it. Try this old school trick instead. Get several large hose clamps and string them together so they fit around the tailshaft. Make up two sets. Crosshatch them over the tailshaft and under crossmember, from left to right and right to left. Snug them down. The vibes will be absorbed by the OE mount, while the straps will stop the tranny from moving back and forth and up and down on hard acceleration.

Sometimes you have to reset the straps in different locations to get the right combination.

just did the same. I much prefer how shifter feels with a OE rubber mount.
