Shift **** Is there any where I can get a good alternative to the old leather Hurst ***** or SLP? I really like the feel of them compared to the ball *****. Will a 2010-2015 manual **** fit? Camaro 60046A
If you really like the Hurst and SLP, why do you need an alternative? Is there something that you are looking for?
The 4th gen shifters have a 16x1.5mm thread on them. I believe the late model cars have non-threaded shifters. (The ***** are not interchangeable.)

I really like that style over the ball style I have now. I have yet to find one. The ones on Ebay are from another car that are tapped out but look like the SLP/Hurst ****. If someone has an original I would buy it if the price was okay.

You can get new short sticks that will take other **** sizes. Hawks should have some kits that should get you what you are looking for with a **** + a new short stick.

...I just saw one at Hawks ebay store for $99, but it looked to be far from pristine condition...I've seen new ones in the $250 range! I believe I paid $29.95 from SLP back in the day...I even bought one of each. I have the SLP one in the car, and I have a new "H" one in my parts bin for if/when my SLP needs replacing...no, I have no plans to ever sell it...
Oh, and there are other SLP ***** on eBay for $99 too, and they're similar but modified to fit the '92-'02 F-Body...

I've always thought that this style of shift **** made slamming gears easier. You get a really solid grip on it as you can get your hand around it without it being too small to make normal driving with it an annoyance.
