Default Clutch Noise - rotating engine by hand

I recently purchased a 2003 Z06 and was replacing valve springs and heard a noise when manually rotating engine. It makes the noise every 180 degrees and occasionally at other positions.

Noise is the same with clutch pedal depressed or not. There is no noise with engine running and car drives fine. I can't find anything loose poking around with a screwdriver.

Prior owner recently installed this LUK clutch assembly. I called LUK and tech guy said there should not be anything moving around but then said maybe it was normal.

I posted audio on a Corvette forum a few weeks ago and nobody had any ideas. There are a ton more members here, so hoping someone may know something. Thanks for any help.

Here is a YouTube link

Those clutches are self adjusting so it may be the self adjusting mechanism moving around when you turn it slowly like that.

Interesting. Thanks for the input. Has anyone rotated their engine with a similar clutch and heard this? I wonder if there may be slack in the mechanism at time and not others and, thus noise at times and not at other times.
