Default Ford tko600 to gm input shaft swap

Alright, so I picked up a tko600 for $1000 recently. Went into thinking it was a gm tko but then I tried my ls7 pilot and it was too small. Measured the input shaft and it’s .670”. So now I start looking for the kit to make it bolt to my gen 3 6.0 and I’m a little rattled by how much it costs. American power train wants $92 for a single pilot bearing. And I need a bell housing too. So here’s my question, can I swap the input shaft and save some money? It’s $190 for the shaft. More info on the build below
