Sticking clutch pedal

Default Sticking clutch pedal

So my 98 z28 has a stage 2 clutch and the clutch pedal stick a bit if you hold it in to long and if it’s in gear it will start to grab and move. Any reason y’all know why.

As for the clutch starting to engage after a moment, I had the same issue years ago. My problem was a bad master cylinder that allowed fluid to leak past the seal when the clutch was engaged. Did you measure your clutch clearances when you installed the clutch? Are the hydraulics stock or upgraded?
