Default What's it take to fix the clutch problem?

What do I need to get my M6 to shift good at WOT. Naturally aspirated it's good at WOT throttle runs until shifting to 5th(usually). When I spray it gets notchy shifting into 4th. I've done the mighty vac and drill mod(I get tiny bubbles if I bring the psi up to 20). It's an "02" so I have the better slave. Do I need an adjustable master cylinder, new clutch?

NA 394rwhp
Spraying 460rwhp

ps it shifts fine when I'm not at WOT.
