What just fell out of my Tranny? Well I took my transmission out last night b/c the car got stuck in neutral the other day and would only go into 4th. Well I decided to get nosey before I dropped the transmission off to get fixed later this week and opened it up, on the 2 Case Magnets about to fall out were these "Tabs"...Are they the infamous tabs that break or are they part of the syncros? I am ordering the Steel Shift Fork and Syncro rebuild kit from D&D in the morning. I just hope nothing else broke and that this is all I have to order. I just took the picture with my Camara phone so the quality isn't great. Pic is attached. Thanks ahead of time guys!

That's a broken sychro key. I JUST got done rebuilding my tranny last night (synchro rebuild kit) It's fairly simple if you just take your time. As long as you didnt' find anything else in there I would think your fine, just check it out anyway.
