Mcloed Clutch Hey I recently thought about buying a new clutch. I was thinking the Mcloed single disk setup... Any input on this clutch? How streetable? I have full bolt-on's... Is it going to hold this? Please get me all good and bad things in your opinions or facts on this. Thanks.

I just installed the McLeod Kevlar Organic and finished my break in miles. I love it. It holds great and is very streetable, I haven't had any chattering. Only problem is my hydraulics are still messed up. I need to bleed the **** out of it. I plan on using this clutch with my Heads/Cam car, if I ever add the bottle I'll upgrade to somethign that can hold 600+rwhp.

Have had the McLeod single on the Firehawk since the spring. It's very streetable. (My fiance drives the car everyday in rush hour traffic in Washington DC).
And yes...you will need to bleed the **** outta the hydralics...get a Mighty-Vac from Sears or whereever if you don't already have one...it will come in handy to bleed the system.

thanks for the input... What is the proper way to bleed it? Any write ups? Will the drill mod need to be done? If so where can I find out how to do that? Let me know please. Thanks

Very good clutch. I ran one for a couple years before I finally toasted it launching too high on a H/C 150 shot. Great clutch if you're not planning on too much rwhp(like 450 or less). It will hold over 500rwhp but not for very long.
