Default Hey guys Can I get a little help?

I was looking at a 1998 Camaro coupe 2d that is only a V6. Its 3800 dollars with 76,000 miles on it. It has a 5 speed transmission..... this is where I need help

Is that 5 speed the Borg Warner T5? And if so do any of you know where I can get the gearings for it? Also how can I find out what its rated at for HP and Torque. My friend is telling me there are 3 different ratings for the T5 (assuming the 98 is a T5)

Any help will be appreciated.

The ratios for that T5 are 3.75/2.19/1,41/1.0/.72 and 3.53 reverse.
There are many T5s and nearly as many torque ratings for them. The T5 here I think is rated in the 220-240 lb-ft range. You can get a higher rated( 300 lb-ft torque) T5 from the '92 V8 Fcar : 2.95/1.94/1.34/1.0/ .80 or .63 OD and 2.76 reverse.
