Default SPEC 3i problems

it's acting wierd as hell. probably has 60 passes on it now and maybe 1000 miles. yes, I did break it in 500miles

about 3 weeks ago, 1 pass at the track it just spun shifting in to 2nd gear, had to let out that pass. worked fine the next pass and for the next 3 weeks, probalby getting 15 passes in.

last friday night it did this twice and i gave up for the night, thought it was blown. well, took it out for a test drive the next AM and it was FINE, took it to the track and it felt GREAT, just like it should.
does this make any sense to anyone???

anyway, I think it's time for a rebuild or replacement. agree?? what is SPEC's website?? I need to ship mine back...

I'll get some pics up, maybe someone can tell me how it looks...

getting it rebuilt by spec for $200 with new upgraded pads, ceramic or somthing that is replacing the current 3i setup. sounds like maybe I didn't break it enough

Hmm, the disc doesn't look horrible but the PP does look like it has seen better days. Hope it all goes well.
