something is wrong with my 5th gear sometimes when ever i shift...i kept grounding a 5th gear and pops right back out....what could be wrong..it happens only when im goin 50mph.. and above that itz really hard to shift...very tough....

It could be either a bent fork or worn clutch teeth( either the synchro sleeve or the driven gear) or, actually, both. Gear jump out can bend a fork and make jump outs more likely. Clashing 5th( missing third is the most common way) is a likely cause of synchro tooth wear.
