Default Tranny or Clutch?

Car:
98 C5

Symptons:
1. 1st and reverse starts to grind last night.
2. The sound is not metalic like and it is coming from front.
3. I can feel the vibration through my clutch pedal.
4. It only happens when the clutch is partially engaged.
5. Buttery smooth when clutch is fully engaged and no sound.
6. If I take off and slip the clutch, it starts grinding after 1500 rpm untill I am fully engaged.
7. If I take off and slip the clitch below 1500rpm, no noise what so ever in 1st or reverse.
8. When I clutch-in in 1st, sometimes I hear a slight scraping noise.
9. Any other gear feel normal with no issues what so ever. I can speed shift all day at reline without any problems.

Parts:
Ram Clutch (non VDS), Ram flywheel, Ram pressure plate, Z06 slave, adjustable master. stock mn6, 3.90 rear, DTE diff struct. 396 rwhp n/a engine.

What do you think? Tranny? Clutch? Or other parts?

Based on what you said here if the noise is towards the front of the vehicle, it likely is the clutch. Did it all start at once? Maybe something is up with your pressure plate or the throw out bearing?
I wouldn't let that one go long, I'd get under it & see if it can be determained where it's coming from.
