Default Life of a clutch?

Say I were to use a Spec 4 clutch what would be the life excpectancy? I won't be going to the track at all but, I do plan on driving it hard and my engine will be in the upper 400rwhp range. I have heard racing clutches like these actually get worn out faster by daily driving or am I smoking somthing?

my stock 98 clutch lasted me 72000 miles. I was told the spec 3i i just put in will last longer than my stock 10 bolt i currently have.

I am on 80k on my stock clutch with no end for about another 15-30k miles (Depending if I decide to actually beat on her)

It really depends on how you drive on any clutch. The spec 4 seems to be pretty beefy.

I have had the stock clutch in my car for over 100k. Just two weeks ago, I put in the spec 3 and so far its great. Just waitin for the break-in period to be over so I can thrash it a little and see if there really is any improvement. BTW, the stocker saw some pretty tough driving, so its really hard to say really how long one should last.
