i searched and found conflicting answers, seems alot of people try and talk about what they hear and havent actually done and most of the time have it wrong

i have a 99 Z28 6 speed and would like to upgrade whatever components i need to so it will be like the 01 and 02 cars

the clutch is **** on my car and i started missing 3rd today with a brand new 3-4 syncro assembly because the clutch would get spongy
