Default Vibration after SPEC stage 4 install

I bought a SPEC stage 4 disc and pressure plate and used a 35.00 used- resurfaced flywheel I bought off E-Bey...Now I have a vibration thats very noticable around 2000 RPM. I didn't know about the balance issues with resurfaced flywheels then but now I do. I've put about 35 miles on this thing before deciding it was vibrating too much. The question is can I buy a new GM flywheel and put the SPEC stuff on it and not have balance issues? Do I have to balance any time I mix new clutch parts??? Ive already spent way more money than what I think is reasonable on a clutch swap.

You should have had the clutch and flywheel balanced before install.

Yup hindsight IS 20/20 If I'da known I would have bought a new flywheel in the first place, I hate doing stuff like this twice before my body has had a week or so to heal. I have done 20 or 30 Gen 1 SB clutch swaps without a hitch.

Seems like most of the vibration problems are from resurfaced flywheels.I've done over 20 SPEC installs with there new flywheels and not 1 vibration problem.
Another possibility is the flywheel/PP was not torque'd to the proper 75ft/lbs ,45ft/lbs.That is pretty criticle too with these cars.

Came up with a better solution. I found a New GM flywheel at SLP websight on sale for 49.99. That should cover it. Now everything is new, all hyd parts are new GM parts, new f wheel, SPEC stage 4 disk and pressure plate, new T-56 tranny, new Hurst short throw shifter. Now I have a spare T-56 trans with factory Hurst shifter...sweet! Thanks to all who replied, Tom
