Default Unbalanced driveshaft?

My stock tranny mount was ripped so i replaced it with a prothane from Tracing. Took it for a test drive: 1st gear-2nd(vibration decreases thru the gears) feels like my dshaft is unbalanced(lot of vibration). Did a search and a lot of guys get vibration but does it feel like what im talking about. I think i will shim the crossmember down a bit. Kinda makes me nervous. Any thoughts on what it could be? My guess is that it is higher than stock and picked the back end of the tranny up a bit.

If the shaft is not balanced the vibration will increase with speed. Did it vibrate before the trans mount change?

no, only after the install. Its weird im kinda used to it now, doesnt feel as bad. I guess it really does just transfer drivetrain vibration that bad.

its going to vibrate a lot at first, then it will settle down, also check to make sure you didnt add or forget a washer. because if its not the same height than you can throw off the angle that the input shaft goes in and improper driveshaft angle
