Default Z06 clutch users come in please

I had a z06 clutch installed and it feels super soft. Well not super soft, but a big difference in how it felt with the stock clutch and the spec stage II clutch. I have the same slave, so I don't know why they had to bleed it. I did have the tranny rebuilt also, so I don't know if they had to remove the slave in a way that air got in. I know when I was leaving the car wouldn't go in reverse, so they had to bleed it. I only drove it home and it has been sitting for two days b/c I have a rent a car for the week paid by my job, so why not use it (plus its a vert). Anyway clutch feels soft and I'm wondering will it bleed a little more over time. I have to press the clutch all way down maybe an inch and a half from above the floor before I can shift. Before I could go half way down and shift.

You should post this in the manual transmission section. Sounds like the linkage to me.

I hope not. I just had the tranny rebuild at the same time.

If you need to have the thing the whole way to the floor before shifting and the thing grabs after you barely have your foot off the clutch, then it seems to me that's how a good clutch feels... unless I'm not understanding something in your message?
