nasty vibration
nasty vibration Just had a exedy clutch installed, haven't even broken it in all the way. The clutch seems really smooth and the tranny shifts nice, although it's hard to tell 'cause i've been driving like a grandma.
However, after the first 150mi. or so I started to get a vibration somewhere in the tranny area. At first it was only when I was really trying to ease it into a parking lot or somethin'. Well now when the car is just idleing clutch in or out, I get a bad vibration. Sorta like it's against the body, so it's loud inside.
The shop is gonna check it out in a couple of weeks. I'm afraid to drive it in the meantime. I've check the torque are, motor mounts, probably otta recheck the tranny mounts and crossmember. Other than these simple things; any ideas. I know it's pretty vague, but worth a try. Thanks for reading.
