Default Which Throwout Bearing?

I bought a Spec 3 clutch that included the throwout bearing. I also bought updated slave and master cylinders. The new slave came with the throwout bearing attached. My question is should I use the bearing from Spec or just leave the one that came with the new slave attached and use it? I am assuming they are the same part.

Might be the same but I'd go with the Spec one. Probably a bit beefier.

I'd go with what riddler said, but keep the other around, 'cause you might need it down the road!
