5 speed for a 5.3

I have a 5.3 4x4 4l60e auto and I am want to put in a nv4500 speed,
1. what fly wheel do I need and
2. are the bolt patterns the same for the bell housing?

If this is in a c-k application, check out the Mexican -spec trucks they use a 4050 made by Tremec and are ready-made.

where do I find these at? And are they for 4x4?
