Default Installing a new clutch?

Well i recently destroyed my spec 3 clutch. And was wondering how hard it would be to install a spec stage 4i clutch on an 02 z28. This would be the first time ive done this, and i want to make sure id be able to install it with out any future problems with the clutch.

thanks

I am in the middle of this now. My trans is on the garage floor and I am waiting for the new clutch to get here. Outside of normal hand tools I bought:

1. Harbor Freight trans jack - 60.00 This has been great to use
2. Metric swivel sockes from sears
3. Wobble extensions - great for the trans bolt over the vent tube. That bolt was out in 2 min with wobble extensions and a regular 15mm socket.
4. Flywheel holding/turning tool from summit.

As soon as I se my new Spec S4 I will put it all back together.
