Default Help! High pitched whine!

I have a new T56 with all the up grades and new spec III clutch and pressure plate with all new hydr's installed. The car has a grinding noise in nutral untill you push the clutch in and it goes away. It starts this high pitched whine when taking off and through out every gear. If you let off the gas it goes away slightly. It keeps getting louder and louder. It is now to the point that it whines alittle even with your foot off the gas and rolling. It is in every gear and likes to whine and has alittle vibration after about 70 now. The car shifts fine and has shown no other problems. Does anyone have any idea's? Someone told me about a bad bearing. Thanks.

Yes it does. It seems like it really yells around 70ish just cruising.
